It's All You
To love you is my reassurance
Its undertows of our loves endurance
Tis smiles that warm on a bone chilling day
That 'certain' grin when you get your way
Imaginative focus that freezes your form
The runaway passions in a love crazed storm
Its slow moving rhythm that floats with the moans
Then phosphorous eyes close with every groan
Its fingers to fingers with laced in-betweens
Its legs that embrace not leaving a seam
Its breaths in the night that turn on the heat
The friction of flesh seducing love's beat
Its the sweat from a fire that constantly burns
Love heating forms and shapes swirl and churn
Its the movement of walls and shakes within tremors
Tis love for the lovers where love slowly simmers
Its the unending flame that licks at the knees
The pleasures that speak and unions that please
Its the tattle-tale eyes that speak where there's need
The hottest of fluids planting love's seed
Its knowing that you waken each day
With me in your heart...its needing to play
Its reading a poem while moods swing to slow
The radiated love making giving the glow
Its love and its real despite all the dreams
Its tenderness spoken and hearts pouring steam
Its the restful sleep woven in arms
The caress of a dream all dressed in your charms
Its giving thanks for a friend that is due
Its this love and its me...all wrapped up in you.

Nothing I Want More
there is nothing I want more
Than to lay my heart on the floor
Right here in front of your eyes
Try that one on for size
You say "Your heart in my hands"
No real demands
You take me as you see me
Don't know how much better it could be
But you should know my heart is in your teeth
Hopeing and praying it will survive there in between
Why I write this should be pretty clear
I write this to put words to, and work through my fear
I know you are scared and I am too
The way I see it, there are two things we can do
Shut each other down and remain where we are
Or close our eyes, trust, jump, and reach for that star
